Pasadena Running Roses is a youth track and field club supervised by the City of Pasadena, Human Services & Recreation department. As a proud member of the USA Track & Field Association, we compete locally within Southern California, regionally, and nationally. We have no policy regarding residency and are open to all athletes. Our youth program allows athletes ages 5 to 18 to compete. (birth certificate required)
With a strong 30 year history in our community, our goal is create well-rounded track athletes. We pride ourselves as a club that exposes all of our athletes to the sport of track and field, not just running. Every athlete will learn the fundamentals of running all distance: sprints, long distance and relay. In addition to field events: long jump, high jump, shot put and so forth.
Registration for the 2017 season is now closed. Thank you for your interest in the Pasadena Running Roses. Please check back in January 2018 if you are interested in being a part of our great tradition.
